We are located in Venice CA.

Q: Where will my order ship from?

All orders will ship from our primary location in Venice CA.

Q: Where is my order?

You will receive an email from us with a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

We ship to pretty much everywhere.

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 days return policy on all our products. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If item(s) is defective, please contact satisfactionusa@westsideproject.com and we will send you a return label to exchange it for a new items.

Q: Sales Tax?

 All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax.
